BMI is a rough indicator of whether you are underweight, overweight, or just right. Find your BMI by clicking on one of the two unit buttons below, and entering your height and weight in the spaces provided. Then look up your BMI value in the table below for additional information on possible cardiovascular risk.

The BMI is only an approximate measure. Muscle weighs more than fat, and so very muscular people have a higher BMI for any given height and weight. Interpret your BMI accordingly, and see your doctor if you have any concerns.
