Integrated Body Conditioning® is a miracle because it can shape your body to look the best your genes will support in the least possible time, whatever your goals.

If your goals are to lose pounds and keep them off, feel energetic, and be healthy and well, do the Beginning Miracle Workout (Chapter 4). It takes 30 minutes.

If your goals include top physical fitness and a sculpted body, and if you are already in good physical shape, do the Intermediate Miracle Workout. It takes 60 minutes (Chapter 5).

If your goals extend to peak performance, or if you're an athlete, you need the Advanced Miracle Workout (Chapter 6), in combination with sports-specific training (Chapter 7) and a periodized, year-around program.
