The Miracle Workout The beginning Integrated Body Conditioning® workout entails moderate exercise.

Moderate exercise is any physical activity done between 64% and 76% of your maximum heart rate, where maximum heart rate is estimated as 220 minus your age in years.

Before you start the beginning Integrated Body Conditioning® workout

  • either complete the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire* (PAR-Q) and the Symptoms Questionnaire with all "no" answers,

  • or get medical clearance from your physician.
