Into an empty 1-gallon plastic water jug, add:
Fill the jug to the brim with sparkling clear filtered or spring water (no chlorine!). Alternatively, let a gallon of tap water to sit out for a few hours in an open pan to devolve the chlorine. Make the Miracle Workout Sports Drink fresh each evening before bedtime. Chill the filled gallon jug overnight in the refrigerator, and move the jug to the freezer for 30 - 45 minutes before your workout (gastric emptying is fastest with cold liquid). Drink 8 - 16 ounces 20 - 30 minutes before your workout, and drink liberally during your workout too - up to 1 quart of liquid per hundred pounds of body weight per hour of vigorous exercise.
