...it's the healthiest, best-tasting, most invigorating sports drink you'll ever find! Make it yourself at home in just a few minutes for a fraction of the cost of commercial sports drinks, and avoid the carcinogenic dyes and artificial ingredients. Here's how.

Into an empty 1-gallon plastic water jug, add:

¼ cup of raw organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the cloudy suspension called Mother of Vinegar) -- loaded with vitamins and antioxidants.

¼ cup of fresh squeezed organic lemon or lime juice -- also loaded with vitamins and antioxidants.

¼ cup of grade B unfiltered organic maple syrup -- yet more vitamins, and just enough sweet to take the edge off the lemon or lime juice and vinegar.

½ tablespoon of sea salt -- optional electrolytes for those who are not on a reduced-sodium diet and who sweat profusely during lengthy Miracle Workouts. Otherwise you probably get all the electrolytes you need from your diet.

1 - 2 tablespoons according to taste of EITHER:
grated fresh organic ginger OR
grated organic lemon peel OR
grated organic lime peel OR
grated organic orange peel OR
a combination
-- for flavor and yet more vitamins.

Fill the jug to the brim with sparkling clear filtered or spring water (no chlorine!). Alternatively, let a gallon of tap water to sit out for a few hours in an open pan to devolve the chlorine.

Make the Miracle Workout Sports Drink fresh each evening before bedtime. Chill the filled gallon jug overnight in the refrigerator, and move the jug to the freezer for 30 - 45 minutes before your workout (gastric emptying is fastest with cold liquid). Drink 8 - 16 ounces 20 - 30 minutes before your workout, and drink liberally during your workout too - up to 1 quart of liquid per hundred pounds of body weight per hour of vigorous exercise.
